About Us
Our Story
Our parent company, Advanced Appearance, was founded in the 1970’s and quickly became well-known for our vast range of hair loss solutions for men. Linda Heeley, has been company director since 2003, after working for Advanced Appearance for many years beforehand and having such a passion for the hair replacement industry, she took over after the previous owners retired.
After noticing the devastating impact losing your hair was having on so many women, and how little support was available, Linda decided to open Pink Hair Solutions in 2006 for ladies experiencing all forms hair loss, from chemotherapy to alopecia, burns, female pattern hair loss and everything in between.
Linda has 35+ years of experience, gained by travelling extensively across Europe and the USA, to find the best solutions for men and women suffering from hair loss.
Over the years PINK has gone from strength to strength, growing to a talented team of ten specialists, offering the knowledge and skills shared by Linda.
We are proud to assure you that you will receive the utmost professional and confidential service available. To ensure that your experience is discrete and personal, we have private family consultation rooms, as well as individual styling rooms.

Company Director
Linda has 30+ years of experience in the hair replacement industry. Outside of the business, Linda enjoys: Holidaying with her husband, walks on the beach with their dog, and shopping for a bargain!
Sonia
Accounts & Administration Manager
Sonia is passionate about her role and has been our Accounts Manager for several years. Sonia prides herself on treating others as she would like to be treated and her core values are based on Christian beliefs. As a Wife, Mother and Grandmother, she enjoys nothing more than family time.
Emily
Trichologist
Emily completed her qualifications through the Institute of Trichologists in 2019. Being Linda’s daughter means its all things business – but in her spare time Em loves meals out with her family and friends, and travelling abroad.
Levi
Hair Loss Consultant
Having experienced hair loss first-hand, Levi’s perspective is uniquely empathetic, which makes Lee the best at what she does. Weekends are reserved for family time and brunching with the girls.
Kelly
Styling Genius
With 16 years under her belt, there’s not a cut she can’t do. As the clinic chatterbox, she loves getting to know her clients personally. In her free time, Kelly enjoys days out with her husband and son, and a cheeky night out with the girls.
Perri
Styling Genius
The Queen of Curls – Perri has a diverse knowledge of different styles and trends. She is the clinic prankster, so never fails to make us all laugh. Pez is loving being a mum to her little boy.
Sarah
Styling Genius
Sarah has been with us for 23 years, but doesn’t look old enough! When she’s not creating the coolest styles and colours around, Sarah loves nothing more than spending time with her children.
Courtney
Technician
You’ll usually find Courtney dashing around between clients to fill everything up and make sure all is where is should be. By doing a little bit of everything, she’s always busy, but when she gets chance to relax, Court spends quality time with her partner an son.
Jackie
Personal Assistant
Jackie joined us in 2023, with over 30 years’ experience, after the previous hair replacement clinic she managed had a loss within their family and made the difficult decision to close. As luck would have it, the clinic Jackie joined us from, was the first ever clinic that our company director Linda worked for, so Jackie and Linda have been friends for years! Jackie is a social butterfly and loves long walks with her dog Bandit.
Donnella
Styling Genius
Donnella joined us in 2023 from the same hair replacement clinic as Jackie. Donnella and our company director Linda trained together at the previous clinic many years ago, so when Don joined the team as a stylist, she fit right in! Don has 30+ years’ experience, and loves what she does – but when she isn’t working, she loves to chill out at home and spend time with her son.
